Follow all my oxygen runs

Every run can be a small adventure. Taking a break, clearing my head, and exploring the environment. The vast majority of my runs are oxygen runs, meaning I run at a low heart rate to improve my aerobic treshold.

My stats

Where am I this week.

My goal is to run at least 100km every week and invariably achieve a better VO2max. With more oxygen in my blood, I can run ultramarathons more easily.
